Accomplished Real Estate Broker Manny Dawabi has more than 18 years of experience in Property sales, Acquisition and Property management. Manny handles nearly every facet of the Real Estate Business, including collecting sellers’ information, coordinating buyer-seller negotiations, preparing all the agency’s records, verifying all documents, acting as a liaison with organizations for promotional activities, researching competition, etc.
Prior to his work at United Real Estate , Manny was Area Manager and Sales Manager for Pacifica Real Estate Services, Santa Fe, CA, overseeing and managing more than 400 residential units, with responsibility for leasing, marketing, construction and renovation, tenant relations, cash flow management, and financial reporting, as well as negotiating vendor contracts. In this capacity, he also served as a board member in several Homeowner Associations. He also set up a leasing office, created a model apartment, created and implemented a marketing plan, and ensured full compliance with all fair housing laws. Earlier in his career, Manny also served as a substitute teacher within the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Manny Dawabi holds an MBA from La Sierra University, Riverside CA, as well as a Real Estate Associate Degree from Chaffey College, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and a Broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate.
